• Collect, prepare, and quality-check payroll input ahead of each payroll cycle — new hires, terminations, salary and benefit changes, absence, and variable compensation
• Make sure input is accurate, complete, and submitted to the Payroll Specialist on time, every time
• Support reconciliation between source systems (HRIS, time and attendance) and payroll input, chasing down discrepancies where needed
• Help maintain payroll records and documentation in line with company policy and legal requirements
• Review and process employee expense reports according to our expense policy
• Follow up with employees on missing receipts, incorrect input, or incomplete submissions
• Own the day-to-day handling of incoming Payroll tickets in Jira — categorizing and responding to employee queries

• Be a trusted thought partner to Music and DRM leadership. Bring structured thinking to high-stakes questions, sanity-check what we measure, and proactively raise the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask.
• Build the business cases that move decisions forward. Turn platform data into the commercial case for what we should build next, and put hard numbers behind contract terms, rate changes, and revenue-share positions where the stakes are real money.
• See around corners. Bring data-driven insights around our music investments, and build a deep understanding of how different customer segments use our music — so we can anticipate where demand is heading before it shows up in the numbers.
• Connect what happens on our platform with how music performs in the world. Run deep-dives that combine internal and external data to explain why a metric moved, where value is being left on the table, and where the growth opportunities are.
• Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it.
• Uphold analytical rigour as self-serve expands. Push back on false precision in revenue and accrual estimates, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist unnecessary complexity where a simpler approach serves the decision better.

Senior Data Analyst – DRM, Music

Marketing

• Create and tailor global B2B marketing and sales enablement materials specific for the region (e.g., case studies, product sheets, presentations, webinars) for use by sales and marketing teams in the region.
• Support the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt global campaigns for local US needs, ensuring consistency and alignment across our brand
