About the role

  • Remote position for an international B2B solutions provider seeking an experienced Remote German Speaking Sales Specialist.
  • Drive outbound sales globally through cold calling, emailing, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial engagement through to product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Adapt sales messaging and strategies to suit different client campaigns, technology products, and markets.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to each client’s needs, demonstrating deep product understanding.
  • Handle objections and negotiations with professionalism, using proven rebuttal and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of clients post-sale.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators across several campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasted revenue.
  • Stay informed on market trends and prospect opportunities to support strategic outreach.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound, full-cycle sales experience in international markets, preferably within technology or B2B sectors.
  • Proven ability to close deals via cold outreach and consultative selling methods.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and global decision-makers.
  • Competent in managing multiple sales campaigns simultaneously with tailored approaches.
  • Skilled in handling objections, negotiating, and applying effective closing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline and activity tracking.
  • Results-oriented professional with a creative mindset and proactive attitude.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential with relevant experience
