About the role
- Develop, implement, and manage a strategic canvassing program to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Oversee and lead a team of field marketing professionals (canvassers), ensuring they meet lead generation targets and maintain quality standards.
- Identify key geographic areas for canvassing efforts and set lead generation goals.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and refine lead management processes.
- Establish and track KPIs, provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, and optimize campaigns.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to the canvassing team and ensure professional standards.
- Monitor local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform field marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, lead generation, or canvassing, preferably in B2B, B2C or construction-related industry.
- Strong leadership experience, including team management and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on motivating and managing people.
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems (Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
