About the role

  • Work with Supply Chain, Logistics, Service and Packaging Centers, and Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders and Monitor Shipments
  • Ensure On-Time Delivery to customer ship-to locations
  • Create Delivery Orders and escalate inventory alignment issues to supervisor
  • Mobile PO management and provide open Purchase Orders to account team to align PO status
  • Create Delivery Order based on SCM planning and provide plan to Logistics team
  • Communicate with Business planning team on PO changes, weekly inventory allocation, and Week of Supply at customer’s DC
  • Communicate cross-functionally across QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance
  • Escalate issues with product availability, launch schedule, and sales demands to management
  • Coordinate with planning team to align customer orders with forecast data and conduct CPFR calls
  • Monitor EDI errors and price discrepancies in SAP; ensure SKU, RDD, shipping address, quantity accuracy in POs
  • Facilitate with logistics and transportation teams to push weekly shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Allocate available inventory among customers based on RDD, delivery requirements and shipment methods
  • Modify shipping plan with understanding of packaging schedule for weekly shipments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in SCM, Logistics, or Sales Forecasting is a plus
  • Mid to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent communications skills (written, verbal)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Must be coachable
  • Must have flexibility in work hours, including occasional evening and weekend, to meet critical deadlines and/or manage time-sensitive projects
  • Must be able to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals
  • Ability to work Mon-Thurs onsite and Fri remote at 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX
