About the role

Design and optimize a national last-mile delivery network tailored to DTC prescription delivery
Plan and manage carrier mix and carrier relationships across last mile delivery providers
Own delivery KPIs and performance metrics (on-time delivery, cold-chain compliance, delivery success rate, damage/loss, customer satisfaction)
Partner with supply chain analytics and product teams to monitor metrics and deploy routing/visibility/automation technologies
Source, negotiate contracts, enforce SLAs, conduct QBRs, and manage escalation/resolution with carriers
Lead incident management, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning for delivery disruptions
Develop and maintain transportation protocols to ensure HIPAA, FDA, and DEA compliance and secure delivery workflows
Lead cross-functional logistics initiatives including product launches, international expansion, and regulatory exercises

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management, with exposure to both inbound and outbound operations
Proven track record of managing freight schedules, dock appointments, and retail shipments
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in performance monitoring and process improvement
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and transportation management systems
Experience working with third-party carriers and warehouse operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
