About the role
- Support the end-to-end experience for all employees, from onboarding new hires to managing employee transitions.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (offsites, in-person and virtual events) and culture-building initiatives.
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as company-wide newsletters and periodic company updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and records; handle administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefit administration and employment verification letters.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI/tools to automate backend processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in your final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- A strong academic record and a genuine interest in people operations, human resources, or talent management.
- Excellent communicator, both written and live.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Well-organized and able to support multiple projects and teams while balancing excellence and speed.
- Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Resourceful and creative; take initiative to get things done well the first time.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada (application form asks).
