About the role
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and managing employee transitions.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events, offsites, and culture-building initiatives.
- Draft and distribute internal communications like company-wide newsletters and updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems; handle administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefits administration, employment verification letters.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI and tools to automate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or related, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and live communication skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Well-organized and able to support multiple projects and teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Resourceful, creative, mature, professional, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Legal authorization to work in U.S. or Canada likely required (application asks).
