Partner closely with the Global People Team and Hiring Managers to develop an extraordinary candidate experience both throughout the interview process as well as onboarding new hires.
Develop and execute on sourcing strategies aimed at generating a pipeline of top candidates for a variety of roles both technical and non-technical.
Engage and cultivate relationships with candidates while assisting throughout the interviewing/hiring process.
Identify potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
Conduct pre-screens, efficiently move candidates through our process, ensure excellent candidate experience and ultimately negotiate and close offers to new hires.
Drive recruiting-focused company branding and visibility via social networks, job posting optimization, and innovative campaigns.
Advocate and optimize for a data-driven recruiting approach.
Own end to end logistics of recruitment process from posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters to a seamless onboarding experience.
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assist with Global People Operations projects and initiatives
Report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and scale global recruiting processes and candidate experience roadmap
Requirements
5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Latam recruiting experience required including Mexico/Colombia/Brazil (Global recruiting experience preferred)
Experience recruiting in both a startup environment and mid to large sized stable organization preferred
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, including working with local and remote hiring managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Lever specifically a plus!
Excellent communication skills; highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of candidates and management.
