About the role
- Help evolve Huron’s corporate talent acquisition; connect top talent with opportunities in healthcare.
Collaborate with Industry Recruiting Managers and Directors to deliver recruitment solutions; manage full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder relationships.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies; utilize web-based research and proactive sourcing; use Huron's tools and technology.
Lead candidate assessment using Huron's interview framework; ensure unbiased, evidence-based hiring decisions; contribute to Talent Acquisition projects.
Communicate professionally with management; foster collaboration with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles within professional services, or search firm environments.
Experience in healthcare industry recruiting.
Proven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing.
