Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, content, events, social) that drive awareness, leads, and customer engagement
Manage the campaign backlog and sprint commitments in partnership with the Director of Growth
Run A/B tests and report on results to fuel continuous improvement
Build and maintain workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring in HubSpot
Ensure campaigns are tracked properly with attribution and funnel metrics
Partner with Sales to improve lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
Develop and repurpose content to support acquisition and customer retention campaigns (emails, blogs, landing pages, case studies)
Support lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, customer education, and expansion campaigns
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer-facing messaging aligns with brand voice
Leverage customers, promoters and raving fans as an extension of the marketing team
Track and report on campaign performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC) and monitor funnel performance
Contribute to growth experiment tracking and retrospective reporting
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or demand generation (SaaS/tech preferred)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub/CRM
Experience working in like-minded industry
Has a proven track record of expanding the marketing echo system and reach by leveraging customers, technology partners, and customer facing employees as an extension of marketing team
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
Excellent at Vendor management
Strong understanding of ROI and how to manage costs against business value
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Communication and collaboration skills across teams
Willing to travel up to 10-20% for customer visits and tradeshows
US Citizens or Green Card holders only; employer is not able to sponsor visas
Preferred: Experience working in Agile Marketing or Scrum frameworks
