About the role

  • Report to the Head of Sales and own sales performance management across channels
  • Define and track KPIs across sales teams, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Design and implement dynamic lead allocation models based on performance, capacity, and conversion logic
  • Continuously improve sales funnel logic, workflows, scripting, and team routines to enhance conversion and CAC
  • Own Salesforce environment and connected tools, driving improvements to increase sales efficiency
  • Own pipeline discipline across sales teams – from lead to close – ensuring clean data, high activity levels, and process adherence
  • Coach and directly manage a smaller team within Sales Operations & Enablement while being an indirect leader to sales colleagues
  • Drive performance follow-up, funnel analysis, and lead optimization as hands-on responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in sales excellence & performance or similar, or management consulting with a commercial or go-to-market focus
  • Proven track record of improving sales processes, lead handling, pipeline discipline, CRM setup or sales performance through data insights
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and leadership to turn data into decisions and action
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable working in Excel/Sheets, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), building reports, and interpreting funnel metrics
  • Experience in Power BI and with dialer data is meriting
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work hands-on with both data and people – motivated by ownership, impact, and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Excited to grow into a leadership position – prior management experience not required
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
