About the role
- Support our Sales team by identifying and engaging with new customer leads
- Conduct data research to identify potential target companies and decision-makers
- Perform outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone (including cold calling and follow-ups)
- Maintain and update our CRM system
- Support the development of additional lead-generation channels (e.g., events, social selling)
- Collaborate closely with our Enterprise Sales team to improve processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program (ideally in business, communications, or a related field)
- Some familiarity with Nordic business culture or the local market
- Excellent English skills (C1–C2)
- Local language skills (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) are a plus
- 100% remote work – from home or while traveling
- Regular team offsites and workations (e.g., Lisbon)
- A motivated, fun, and collaborative team with flat hierarchies and room to grow
