About the role
- Support the founder directly across both marketing and sales functions
- Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts (LinkedIn)
- Research trends and competitors
- Help draft landing page copy, newsletters
- Support with content planning and execution
- Research potential customers or partners
- Assist with outreach (LinkedIn/email), follow-ups, and meeting notes
- Organize CRM entries or prospect lists
- Join customer interviews and summarize insights
Requirements
- A master student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or similar
- Curious about startups, brand building, or B2B sales
- Comfortable working independently and owning small projects
- Eager to learn through doing, not reading theory
- Solid written communication skills and a willingness to figure things out
- 1:1 mentorship from the founder
- A crash course in startup marketing and sales
- Flexible working hours
- Reference letter and certificate upon completion
- Option to join as a paid working student or part-time team member if it’s a great fit
