About the role
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive client retention, upsell/cross-sell revenue, and new client acquisition. Create targeted retention campaigns that deepen engagement across our thousands of clients. Design and deploy cross-sell campaigns to expand product adoption within existing accounts. Support new logo acquisition through compelling campaigns that showcase our value to prospective municipalities. Design marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Manage campaign workflows in HubSpot, tracking performance and optimizing for ROI Write clear, engaging copy for various channels and audiences (municipalities love clarity, not jargon) Measure and report on campaign metrics, including open rates, MQLs, retention rates, expansion revenue, and ROI Support the leadership team in developing marketing strategies (20% strategy, 80% execution) Collaborate with Sales, Client Enablement, and Event Marketing to ensure aligned messaging. Travel occasionally (monthly) to client events to support on-site execution.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software marketing experience (SaaS strongly preferred)—this is non-negotiable Proven track record of campaigns that drive retention, expansion, and new client growth Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) Design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent Excellent writing and communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field GovTech or B2B experience is a plus
