About the role
- Design B2B marketing strategy and campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and lead generation
- Create and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to enhance visibility and reputation of the Pasona N A brand
- Optimize a mix of online and offline marketing tactics including website, webinar, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and events
- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of the corporate website to enhance user experience and achieve PR and marketing goals
- Optimize and streamline marketing operations and tools such as MCAE (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce to maximize impact
- Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and project timelines
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and cross-functional departments (Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, R&D, Corporate Planning)
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Deliver effective communications both internally and externally to support branding and engagement goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably with PR)
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and executions, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management
- Proven track record to develop comprehensive marketing strategies including campaigns, timelines, and budgets
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially MCAE (formerly Pardot), and Salesforce
- Knowledge of Systems Thinking, quality principles, and continuous process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in oral and written formats
- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese
- Skilled in working with and guiding cross-departmental teams using collaborative tools and concepts
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to Pasona N.A. offices across the U.S.
- (Also stated) Able to do air travel up to 10% of the time to Pasona N.A. offices across the U.S.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
