Enablement & Collateral Development: prepare sales presentations and decks, brief designers for visuals, develop white papers and industry reports, collaborate on blog and website content, ensure sales teams have up-to-date marketing materials and case studies
Social Media & Content Distribution: publish and schedule LinkedIn posts, blogs and content assets, manage content repurposing, coordinate with designers and handle copywriting, maintain editorial calendar, engage on LinkedIn and monitor brand mentions
Campaign Execution & Management: implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Google (Search, GDN & YouTube), coordinate paid media and budget tracking, track and optimize SEO/SEM strategies, monitor and adjust campaigns
Reporting & Analytics: track key marketing KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports, analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns, provide insights and recommendations
Marketing Tech Stack, CRM & Lead Management: oversee marketing tools and automation (Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, scheduling platforms), integrate tools, research CRM tools, develop automated lead-nurturing workflows, organize contact lists, track conversion rates
Outreach Support (Events, Podcasts & Email Marketing): research and outreach to podcasts and event organizers for CEO appearances, schedule/coordinate speaking engagements, assist pre/post event promotion, set up and manage email campaigns, optimize email sequences, track open rates and CTRs
Business Development & Cross-Functional Coordination: conduct competitor and industry research, provide market positioning insights, identify new marketing opportunities, collaborate with sales/product/leadership, maintain project timelines, support ad hoc initiatives
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment
Proven track record in sales enablement, including collateral creation, white papers, and client-facing decks
Hands-on experience with digital campaign execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), and SEO/SEM optimization
Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms
Experience in content distribution and repurposing, including blog management, social media scheduling, and editorial calendar upkeep
Exposure to CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows, with an understanding of conversion tracking and funnel metrics
Prior involvement in event coordination, podcast outreach, and email marketing campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, product, and leadership teams
Comfortable managing project timelines, vendor coordination, and ad hoc marketing initiatives
