About the role

  • Develop content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs
  • Develop and write high-quality content for Impact Labs Reports and brand initiatives across blogs, video scripts, ebooks, case studies, data reports and website copy
  • Manage company speaker program including selection, presentations and executive preparation for senior leader speaking opportunities
  • Partner with creative, operations, and content teams to produce engaging data visualizations and multimedia content
  • Conduct research and interviews to generate compelling ideas and campaigns
  • Edit and proofread own and peer content to maintain accuracy and clarity
  • Lead and implement multi-channel marketing plans and message training for Impact Labs Reports and other brand/content campaigns
  • Present content ideas and campaigns and articulate strategic thinking to stakeholders and team members
  • Uphold and enhance Benevity’s tone and style guide to maintain consistent copy approach
  • Support development and execution of content calendars and editorial plans with GTM team and social media manager
  • Operate with a digital-first approach, applying SEO and GEO best practices and audience insights

Requirements

  • 7+ years proven experience in content and content marketing in a B2B environment
  • Expert with the written word; experience creating stories from 120 characters to 1,200 words
  • Experience in CSR, Employee Engagement and/or global B2B tech space (plus)
  • Background in developing and producing data reports and story-led content that captivates and converts
  • Experience writing for and adapting to different writing styles and tones
  • Willingness to explore new ideas and formats and optimize content based on performance data
  • Experience with content management and project management systems
  • Experience creating data visualizations and multimedia content
  • Research and interview skills to generate ideas and campaigns
  • Editing and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and applying audience insights
  • Ability to present content ideas and strategic thinking to stakeholders
  • Experience leading and implementing multi-channel marketing plans
