Account Executive

• Own and be accountable for renewals, expansions (upsell and cross-sell), user licenses, product add-ons, services, and recurring support programs
• Maintain high client retention and ensure on-time renewals
• Consistently meet or exceed core metrics including forecast accuracy, GRR, NRR, upsell, churn, and contraction
• Drive account growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities beyond the immediate negotiation
• Proactively identify risk and opportunity in client accounts and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize
• Track and manage renewal and upsell forecasts on a weekly basis
• Leverage client data and behavior to assess account health and renewal readiness
• Build and grow relationships with executive stakeholders at high-value client accounts
• Collaborate across Sales, RevOps, Client Success, and other functions to deliver seamless client experiences

Account Executive – Expand Growth

• Take full ownership of the renewal lifecycle for ~85 accounts
• Actively negotiate and pivot clients from annual cycles to multi-year contracts
• Identify and close expansion opportunities
• Navigate the SaaS contracting space with precision
• Maintain impeccable Salesforce discipline
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and stabilize relationships
• Work closely with CSMs, Professional Services, Legal, and RevOps

Performance Marketing

• Lead demand generation programs to drive predictable pipeline growth
• Align programs to pipeline coverage targets and revenue goals
• Manage program budget efficiently and adjust programs to ensure CPL, CAC and ROI are on target
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve quality, conversion and velocity
• Manage and scale Benevity’s ABM programs across 1:1 and 1:Few account tiers
• Partner with Sales leadership to align account selection and engagement strategies
• Deliver integrated plays across content, events, paid media, executive engagement and digital experiences
• Lead programs that generate qualified pipeline through digital campaigns, webinars, events, and content
• Optimize conversion across landing pages, nurture and sales handoff
• Design tests to improve pipeline efficiency and cost per qualified opportunity
• Track and optimize KPIs including lead → qualified account conversion, pipeline sourced and influenced
• Establish reporting dashboards and continuously improve program performance through experimentation and insights
• Share insights on performance to help the team gain data-driven decision-making and acumen
• Coaching and developing high-performing marketers
• Creating clear program ownership and success metrics
