About the role
- Drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and cultivate developer community for Crossmint products
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of major partnership launches and other marketing campaigns
- Run experiments to identify new growth channels, improve SEO across search and LLMs, and grow owned channels
- Partner closely with product, sales and cross-functional teams to develop clear messaging across product lines
- Create externally-facing branded collateral including case studies, sales collateral, editorial content, and more
- Oversee the devrel team to ensure a winning experience for developers
- Develop targeted performance marketing experiments and implement conversion attribution models
- Create opportunities for sales team to drive leads through curated events at fintech and crypto conferences
Requirements
- 7+ years of total marketing experience across crypto and B2B SaaS
- Track record of building and scaling marketing programs from zero to one
- Deep understanding of stablecoins and major trends impacting crypto adoption
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with English fluency
- A mindset for growth hacking and data-driven experiments
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Worked on technical products or developer infrastructure
- Bonus: 2+ years of experience with blockchain or crypto
- Bonus: Proven marketing track record
- Bonus: Experience in fintech start-ups or high-growth companies
