Requirements
7+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably with complex B2B or product-heavy websites
Proven background in Product Design or Service Design with experience in large-scale, complex digital products
Strong UX/UI hybrid skills with portfolio demonstrating solutions for complex information architecture
Proven experience leading small design teams in a hybrid individual contributor and leadership capacity, able to manage other designers and collaborate with peers at the same level
Comfortable in client-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience designing for e-commerce, product catalogs, or B2B manufacturing environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders
Experience in consultancy environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with content management systems and large-scale web platforms
