About the role
- Equip sellers with the tools, knowledge, and strategic guidance they need to consistently perform at a high level
- Influence the efficiency and impact of go-to-market efforts to bring mission-critical technology to public safety agencies
- Design and roll out onboarding curriculum for Account Executives and Account Managers
- Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to refresh sales playbooks and ensure alignment on messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning
- Interview customers to determine improvements to the buying process and work with cross-functional teams to address issues
- Lead training sessions on objection handling and other sales techniques using real-world scenarios
- Audit usage of sales enablement tools and propose new workflows to improve content discoverability and efficiency
- Review operational metrics with Sales leadership and propose data-driven enablement initiatives to support problem areas across the sales cycle
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in sales enablement and B2B sales
- Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Experience building scalable and repeatable enablement programs to support a fast-moving team at a hypergrowth company
- Experience with CRM and enablement tools (like Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) is beneficial
- Knack for distilling complex concepts into practical training
