About the role

  • Equip sellers with the tools, knowledge, and strategic guidance they need to consistently perform at a high level
  • Influence the efficiency and impact of go-to-market efforts to bring mission-critical technology to public safety agencies
  • Design and roll out onboarding curriculum for Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to refresh sales playbooks and ensure alignment on messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning
  • Interview customers to determine improvements to the buying process and work with cross-functional teams to address issues
  • Lead training sessions on objection handling and other sales techniques using real-world scenarios
  • Audit usage of sales enablement tools and propose new workflows to improve content discoverability and efficiency
  • Review operational metrics with Sales leadership and propose data-driven enablement initiatives to support problem areas across the sales cycle

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in sales enablement and B2B sales
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Experience building scalable and repeatable enablement programs to support a fast-moving team at a hypergrowth company
  • Experience with CRM and enablement tools (like Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) is beneficial
  • Knack for distilling complex concepts into practical training
