About the role
- The Principal Enterprise Account Director will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline,
- Build & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our award-winning technology
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients
- Serve as primary point of contact—address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop account plans and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- The ability to sell Ivanti Solutions directly or via partners within the Western Region of the US.
- Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives.
- Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
- Sales process management and opportunity closure.
- Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
- 7-10 years’ experience selling enterprise software.
- Experience in the MEDDPICC and Command the Message methodology.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
