DevOps Engineer

• Work 4 x 10-hour days (Sunday through Wednesday, approximately 10 PM to 9 AM U.S. Pacific Time, including lunch)
• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments in AWS and Azure
• Work with geographically dispersed, cross-departmental teams to solve difficult problems
• Automate common and repetitive tasks
• Write documentation and training material
• Train other colleagues
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 coverage (follow-the-sun model) for incident response, issue triage, and problem resolution

• Perform Regular E2E Testing of all products and new features integrated within Neurons UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) Platform
• Develop and continuously innovate on Rest API, CLI and GUI based Automation frameworks for Neurons UEM Platform
• Automate E2E use-cases for legacy and new features in parallel for Neurons UEM
• Review every line of automation code written by E2E team
• Develop the entire CI/CD pipelines and framework for daily production runs
• Collaborate with SRE, Support Team and Project stakeholders on critical bug alerts uncovered by E2E team

Senior Automation Engineer

Capture Manager

• Strategic Planning: Developing a comprehensive 'Capture Plan' that outlines the win strategy, value proposition, and specific discriminators that set your company apart.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining deep relationships with government stakeholders, including Program Managers, Contracting Officers, and End Users, to understand their 'pain points.'
• Competitive Intelligence: Analyzing competitors past performance, pricing strategies, and likely teaming arrangements to position your solution effectively.
• Teaming & Partnership: Identifying and negotiating with potential subcontractors or prime partners (especially small businesses to meet socio-economic requirements).
• Internal Orchestration: Leading cross-functional teams - including Solution Architects, Pricing, Legal, and Proposal Managers - to ensure the technical and financial offer is both compliant and compelling.
• Gate Reviews: Presenting progress to executive leadership at various 'decision gates' (e.g., Interest, Pursuit, Preliminary Bid, Final Bid) to secure internal resources and funding for the pursuit.
