About the role
- Own and continuously improve core finance operations including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, payroll and expense management
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation, data flow, and compliance across finance processes
- Support integration of new legal entities into financial systems and ensure alignment with multi-entity consolidation and reporting
- Ensure ERP and adjacent applications (e.g., NetSuite, Bob, Recruitee) effectively support operational needs; optimize workflows and configurations
- Partner with finance, HR, and business teams to gather operational needs and refine process handoffs
- Act as liaison between process owners and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure data accuracy across financial processes and support decision-making through reporting and analysis
- Create training materials and documentation; promote adoption and compliance
- Maintain and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (payroll, vendor management, entity-level accounting)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing cloud-based business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS)
- Solid experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP platforms, ideally in a high-growth, multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of finance workflows (lead-to-cash, order-to-pay, record-to-report)
- Proficiency in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Excellent project management skills; organised, communicative, able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English and native in either Dutch or French
