About the role

  • Own a broad product portfolio and associated roadmap for Content & Catalog on the Personalization team
  • Contribute to the vision and design of the Content & Catalog creation experience
  • Deliver delightful and creative Content & Catalog experiences that integrate with Channel and Journey experiences
  • Act as an internal "voice of the customer" and work directly with customers to define and prioritize features
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Design, and other PMs to ship products
  • Understand customer personas and build use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality
  • Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering and report to the Group Product Manager, Orchestration and Personalization

Requirements

  • Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at a minimum
  • Excel at solving complex technical problems and partnering with engineering to translate customer needs into shippable products
  • Deliver intuitive UI experiences and valuable/usable APIs
  • Experience working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira
  • Experience with user testing and data analysis
  • Experience driving decisions based on business and technical data
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize high-impact features
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a shifting environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and internal SMEs
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with building automated experiences, AI-driven experiences, and working with LLMs
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with the development of mobile/web/cross-channel experiences
