• Align directly with a defined sales segment or region, serving as an overlay to Account Executives throughout the full sales lifecycle—from qualification through close
• Recruit partners to the eco-system where appropriate, and support onboarding and activation
• Attend weekly sales forecast meetings, partner enablement sessions and engage with cross functional teams to ensure sales, and partners, have what they need to grow revenue together
• Ensure partners are attached to every deal—whether for insight, influence, or co-selling—and that partner engagement drives measurable revenue outcomes
• Serve as a trusted partner to Sales AEs during opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and closing
• Match the ideal partner profile to each opportunity based on customer needs, deal complexity, and buying motion
• Ensure partners are engaged early and effectively for market and account intelligence, executive access and influence, technical validation or services, joint value storytelling and credibility

• Own the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution for a portfolio of key strategic partners.

Partner Development Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Own and evolve core Data In Flight services (ingestion, user and event APIs, identity, system events) with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost.
• Lead the Elasticsearch strategy for our multi-tenant live user and event data: index and mapping design, shard strategy, and safeguards across shared clusters.
• Design and enforce platform contracts (APIs, data models, SLAs, and usage limits) that let product teams move quickly while keeping the data platform safe and scalable.
• Work across other data and application teams on initiatives such as Elasticsearch upgrades, guardrails, resharding, and event retention.
• Provide senior technical leadership during incidents and reviews, turning operational learnings into durable platform improvements.

Staff Software Engineer

Support Engineer

• Ensure core and cross functional business systems are optimized, integrated and delivering value to the wider organization.

• Act as an important link between our business units and IT’s enterprise application management function while supporting Iterators with day to day end user support tasks.
• Help future-proof our enterprise application ecosystem by identifying technical debt and system redundancies.

• Work closely with our Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information
• Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by delivering compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
• Guide prospects and customers through structured platform evaluations and trials by aligning on success criteria, designing use-case driven test plans to help teams confidently make buying decisions
• Investigate prospects' technical landscape to provide a seamless integration recommendation
• Support prospects from initial scoping through to successful handoff to our Professional Services team

Solutions Consultant

• Serve as the technical authority for multiple core product areas, ensuring all architectural decisions directly support the business objectives for those areas.
• Establish and maintain organization-wide technical standards, architectural patterns, and coding best practices to ensure consistency, security, performance, and maintainability across all teams.
• Support decision making by providing expert architectural guidance and data-driven recommendations to leadership and engineering teams, facilitating timely and sound technical decisions.

Manager

• Own the migration of our reports from ARR to ACV and design the foundational logic for churn and retention tracking.
• Develop deep-dive insights into customer health and churn drivers.
• Drive the data behind weekly "Pipe Gen" calls.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define, measure, and track key performance indicators including pipeline health, conversion rates, productivity, and coverage.
• Write production-grade SQL and manage dbt models to ensure the GTM data warehouse layer is performant, scalable, and accurate.
• Build "Early Warning Systems" in Sigma to identify pipeline gaps and churn risks 2–3 quarters out.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools that empower GTM teams to self-serve insights.
• Act as a thought leader in the use of analytics within the GTM organization.

Senior Business Insights Manager

• Become a subject matter expert on the Iterable platform and use that knowledge to help build internal tools that support customer-facing teams.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for high-complexity support issues and provide direct technical support to customers when escalated issues require advanced investigation.
• Query standard and nonstandard databases to troubleshoot issues, provide data insights, and support complex workflows.
