Revenue Operations

• We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our revenue engine. You’ll report directly to the CRO and own the systems, data, and processes that keep our go-to-market running efficiently.
• This is a hands-on, high-ownership role you won’t be managing a team initially, but you’ll have significant influence on how we scale.

• Own HubSpot as the system of record across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Design and enforce data standards, lifecycle stages, deal stage definitions, and field governance.
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, custom properties, and integrations.
• Audit CRM health proactively and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting.
• Partner with AEs, BDRs, and CSMs to maintain pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene.
• Build and manage pipeline review cadences and frameworks.
• Identify coverage gaps, velocity issues, and at-risk deals — surface them to the CRO in real time.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, and customer success metrics.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CRO and founders.
• Own funnel analytics from lead through close, including partner-sourced and influenced attribution.
• Build and maintain rolling revenue forecasts and scenario models (upside, base, downside).
• Support capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design in partnership with the CRO.
• Model the impact of headcount changes, pricing shifts, and partner contributions on revenue outcomes.

• Support the audit and assurance teams in performing ISO 27001 certification assessments.
• Assist in audit planning, evidence review, report preparation, and overall quality assurance.

ISO 27001 Analyst

Director

• Develop and execute the SOC strategy aligned with the firm’s assurance and advisory services.
• Ensure SOC services are audit-ready, defensible, and aligned with regulatory and attestation standards.
• Partner with compliance, audit, and advisory teams to ensure operational controls support client reporting needs.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics that align with both operational performance and audit expectations.
• Support executive leadership with risk reporting and service maturity updates.
• Lead and oversee 24/7 monitoring, detection, incident response, and escalation processes.
• Ensure consistent triage quality, documentation standards, and defensible incident records.
• Oversee SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence platforms across multiple client environments.
• Establish standardized investigation methodologies and documentation protocols suitable for audit review.
• Conduct incident post-mortems and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of SOC analysts, engineers, and incident responders.
• Establish quality assurance processes for investigations and reporting.
• Build structured training programs to ensure alignment with evolving threat landscapes and compliance requirements.
