Business Development Representative – BTS
ISGBusiness Development Representative responsible for generating sales leads for cybersecurity audits in the EU Market. Targeting new customers with a focus on relationship building and revenue growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify potential new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Work closely with the Growth and Expansion team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
- Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market, with a proven track record.
- Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
- Must be based in Eastern Europe and authorized to work in your country of residence.
- This role will be prospecting the EU Market, and so will be working BST (British Standard Time)
