About the role
- Conduct needs assessments with managers and leaders.
- Build and maintain a learning roadmap for managers and sr. leaders.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs including new manager onboarding, manager training, and leadership development.
- Design and build comprehensive leadership toolkits covering core leadership, communication, team development, strategic/operational, and personal leadership skills.
- Own the learning calendar, coordinating communications and logistics.
- Facilitate live (in-person and virtual) training sessions as needed.
- Track and report on learning engagement, completion, and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain async learning tracks in our learning management systems (LMS).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., People Business Partners, People Ops, and People Leadership) to ensure alignment and effective program delivery.
- Support the rollout and coordination of key programs including our engagement survey, performance reviews and feedback, and manager enablement.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners supporting program implementation.
- Assist with scheduling, creating communication plans and critical paths, and initiating stakeholder engagement for program execution, including enablement sessions.
- Build and facilitate internal surveys to inform and improve program design, and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats for key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance program workflows and the employee experience.
- Help streamline systems, documentation, and coordination practices across the People team.
- Support cost-efficiency by proposing innovative approaches that improve program quality while staying within budget.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Program Coordination, or Talent Management. Or MA in Organizational Behavior, Psychology or related fields.
- Hands-on experience supporting and facilitating employee lifecycle programs and projects.
- Proven ability to build and deliver manager development programs, including facilitating training sessions, building async content and experimenting with AI to enhance programming.
- Strong organizational skills and clear, professional communication.
- Highest levels of integrity, empathy, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Comfortable with data tracking and basic reporting in Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Culture Amp, Slack, Google Workspace).
