About the role
- This role is focused on maximizing the business impact of the organization's non-Salesforce technology stack by:
- Engaging stakeholders to align technology utilization with their strategic priorities.
- Managing technology tools and vendors to ensure the acquisition and maintenance of appropriate capabilities within the tech stack.
- Empowering users to effectively leverage technology and realize its intended value.
- Note: This position does not involve Salesforce administration but requires close partnership with Salesforce administrators.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with GTM teams and a strong understanding of their typical workflows and associated challenges.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate technical needs or opportunities into a clear roadmap.
- Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction and influence with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant roles, such as SaaS customer success management, technology enablement, or GTM systems.
- Expertise in managing tools related to conversational intelligence (e.g., Gong), forecasting, customer success platforms, support team platforms, and other GTM tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and data enrichment tools is beneficial for managing integrations and interdependencies across various systems.
