About the role

  • Support and lead execution of high-impact go-to-market (GTM) programs to drive revenue growth for our RSD portfolios in key customer segments, including academia, biotech, pharma, immunology, immune cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
  • Develop and write strategic multi-channel integrated marketing content to acquire and convert new customers and engage, retain, and grow existing customers.
  • Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to develop and promote high-value portfolio-specific content across the marketing funnel including brochures, webpages, webinars, posters, and sales tools for new and existing products.
  • Create product launch toolkits that provide impactful new product messaging and education to our commercial teams, including product training, positioning, key messaging, and customer facing materials.
  • Attend and support industry conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry, biotech or related field, product marketing experience preferred.
  • Tactical marketing experience in multiple channels including web, SEO, SEM, display, email, events, and 3rd party advertising.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create promotional scientific content.
  • Knowledge of the following key competencies: 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, segmentation, value proposition and marketing program development.
  • Understanding of key digital media channels and how they influence customer behavior.
