Sales Development Rep

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase product adoption among existing customers.
• Identify and analyze service gaps, engaging relevant stakeholders within named accounts to lay the groundwork for future opportunities.

Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Account Executive

• Nurture early customer engagements and build executive sponsorship across complex buying committees.
• Systematically generate new leads and opportunities in the target market using modern enterprise prospecting and partner/channel motions, as applicable.
• Own full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, solution alignment, business case/ROI, pilots/POCs, proposal, negotiation, and close—with a vision for multi-year relationships and expansion.
• Create and execute strategic account plans (we use the ValueSelling Framework®) to win net-new business and grow existing accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and align to customer priorities across planning/engineering, field operations, construction, IT, and security stakeholders.
• Present comprehensive solutions (including AI-enabled capabilities where relevant), articulate differentiated value, and communicate roadmap evolution clearly and credibly.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, privacy, and security review cycles; negotiate commercial terms at senior levels.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in CRM; partner closely with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product to drive outcomes and feed market learnings back into the roadmap.

• Take ownership of Lens: maintenance, bug fixes, feature delivery, incident response
• Improve app performance, stability, and offline-first behavior (technicians work in low/no-connectivity environments)
• Deliver on commitments to existing clients
• Implement support for new data acquisition types: video, audio, depth sensors
• Drive quality improvements: testing strategy, CI/CD, release process
• Begin onboarding onto the Dynamic Forms feature as the mobile architecture evolves
• Contribute to or lead the next-generation mobile experience (Dynamic Forms may require a significant rework or rewrite of Lens)

Backend Engineer

• Onboard onto squad core Django services
• Take over maintenance, feature delivery, and incident response on these services
• Begin learning the data pipeline: Kafka-based event streaming
• Participate in code reviews across the backend
• Own the data pipeline alongside existing engineers and contribute to its consolidation
• Start contributing the new back end to support advanced workflows and sophisticated new data modalities
• Help eliminate single points of failure on under-covered services
• Become a backend pillar of the squad, capable of working across any service

• Own the client implementation journey - from initial IT integration to full-scale field adoption.
• Act as the "Technical Translator," making sure our AI models solve real-world infrastructure problems.
• Lead the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
