• Support IQGeo’s end-to-end geospatial software solutions for our growing global customer base.
• Provide problem-solving skills, consulting to clients based on current operational processes and their fit with IQGeo products.
• Support customers via multiple channels - phone, email, or case communication.
• Identify customer needs and help resolve issues or understand IQGeo product functionality.
• Analyze and report product defects to the IQGeo Product Engineering Team.

• Coordinate the market launch of new and updated software products
• Promote products through marketing activities and campaigns
• Work with sales and marketing teams to evangelize utility products internally and externally
• Create external marketing collateral Presentations, product collateral, product videos, value proposition content, case studies, blogs, product and industry whitepapers, competitive analysis, webinars, podcasts, campaigns etc.

• Prioritize and focus pre-sales efforts; ensure high-quality demonstrations and POCs and sales/pre-sales coordination.
• Maintain senior management contact to key customers; lead critical meetings and negotiations.
• Lead partner development and extend sales activity to indirect channels; install partner management methodologies and controls.
