• Own the end-to-end lifecycle — designing, building, deploying, testing and maintaining a scalable infrastructure capable of 50k+ daily image analyses.

Systems Engineer

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate operational challenges and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Lead structured workshops, discovery sessions, and end-to-end process reviews
• Produce clear and comprehensive current-state and future-state documentation, highlighting opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability
• Own and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including declarative configuration, automation (Flows), reporting, data management, permission models, and user support

• Assist sales and marketing teams with executing account-based campaigns and initiatives
• Communicate with prospects via phone, video calls, and email, ensuring professional and timely interactions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot), including contact information, meeting notes, and campaign tracking

• Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of IT support administrators
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning
• Serve as the primary escalation point and hands-on lead for UK helpdesk issues
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the helpdesk workflow
• Develop and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket response and resolution times
• Take direct responsibility for the UK helpdesk, ensuring local issues are addressed promptly and effectively

• Innovate and develop production software addressing system-of-systems problem touching computer vision, AI/ML reasoning, heterogeneous sensor data ingestion, graph modeling, large-scale distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with a Principal Product Manager to define the vision and goals for the product, and determine the best ways to achieve those goals.
• Build the first rough prototype that proves the problem is tractable within 3 months.
• Deliver the first alpha of the product within 6 months for customer demos.
• Ensure the first customer is live within 12 months.
