• Build and own the market
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy across select new and existing Tier 1 & 2 US utilities accounts.
• Systematically generate pipeline through modern enterprise prospecting, partner and channel motions, and your own network.
• Develop executive sponsorship across complex buying committees — from planning and engineering through to IT, operations, and the C-suite.
• Drive full-cycle enterprise sales
• Own every stage of the sale: discovery, solution alignment, business case and ROI development, pilots and POCs, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Create and execute strategic account plans using the ValueSelling Framework®, with a clear vision for multi-year relationships and expansion.
• Qualify rigorously, prioritise well, and keep a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, privacy, and security review cycles; negotiate commercial terms at senior level.
• Collaborate and contribute
• Partner closely with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product to drive outcomes and ensure customers realise value.
• Present solutions — including AI-enabled capabilities — with credibility, articulating differentiated value and communicating roadmap evolution clearly.
• Feed market intelligence and customer insights back into the business to help shape product direction and competitive positioning.

Strategic Account Executive – Utilities

Business Analyst

• Work with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows, translating these into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between client needs and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well understood and solutions align to real-world use cases.
• Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions, building a strong understanding of client processes and challenges.
• Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects to support implementation planning, integration, and deployment, ensuring requirements are tracked and aligned throughout delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring priorities, updates, and changes are well documented and understood.
• Support user adoption and change initiatives, helping embed solutions into day-to-day operations and workflows.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Gather feedback from clients and support continuous improvement of products, processes, and delivery approaches.

Business Analyst, French Speaking

• Act as a bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
• Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects for implementation planning.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.

Sales Engineer

• Partner with account directors to qualify opportunities and define customer-specific solution strategies.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
• Assist in creating technical proposals, RFP responses, and detailed solution architectures.
• Maintain deep knowledge of IQGeo’s platform and its application to telecom and utility workflows (e.g., fiber design, network operations).
• Understand customer environments (GIS, OSS/BSS, field operations) and integration points.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, technology, and competitor products.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, ROI goals, and business drivers.
• Translate customer requirements into IQGeo-specific solutions and articulate clear business value.
• Build technical relationships and stakeholder advocacy
• Support channel partners with technical guidance and training.
• Represent IQGeo at industry events, webinars, and customer workshops.
• Capture customer feedback and communicate functional requirements to product management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of demo environments, sales tools, and technical documentation.

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase product adoption among existing customers.
• Identify and analyze service gaps, engaging relevant stakeholders within named accounts to lay the groundwork for future opportunities.
