About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects for implementation planning.
Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Support user adoption and change initiatives.
Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs.
Experience working on software implementation or integration projects.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role.
Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline.
Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development).
Understanding of change management and user adoption.
