About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
- Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects for implementation planning.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support user adoption and change initiatives.
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs.
- Experience working on software implementation or integration projects.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role.
- Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline.
- Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development).
- Understanding of change management and user adoption.
