Research Analyst

• Support the delivery of strategic insights to clients through execution of research projects
• Work with project team and appropriate internal resources to meet client needs
• Participate in client communication (email, phone, etc.) to understand needs and capture feedback
• Familiarize with key clients/accounts within the Service Line
• Support preparation of reports and presentations; may share files and updates with clients
• Own tasks throughout project lifecycle such as link checking, data quality checks and report population
• Manage projects from client approval to deliverables with project lead oversight and manage project timelines
• Collaborate with internal Ops partners and project lead in project execution and manage internal project partners
• Mentor new Analysts and Interns; participate in analytic plan meetings
• Review and revise questionnaires; create and submit project materials
• Monitor fieldwork; review and finalize data tables
• Spec, chart, and proof report slides; create report shell with project team direction
• Review survey data and begin to analyze and interpret results (may assist with writing headlines)
