💰 $59,000 - $66,500 per year
About the role
- Work with project team and internal resources to meet client needs
- Participate in client communication (email, phone) to capture requests and feedback
- Familiarize with key clients/accounts within the Service Line
- Support preparation of reports and presentations and may share files/updates with clients
- Execute and deliver reliable, timely data by owning tasks such as link checking, data quality checks, and report population
- Manage projects from client approval to deliverables with project lead oversight
- Collaborate with internal Ops partners and manage internal project partners to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Manage project timelines and monitor fieldwork
- Mentor new Analysts and Interns on core competencies
- Review and revise questionnaires; create and submit project materials
- Review and finalize links and data tables; spec, chart, and proof report slides
- Participate in analytic plan meetings and create report shell; review survey data and begin analysis and interpretation
Requirements
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in completing all tasks
- Highly organized; good time management; ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks
- Clear, concise written communication skills
- Ability to positively interact with internal support teams
- Ability to easily understand and adapt to in-house operational forms, process, and software
- Masters in Market Research, or a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of primary, quantitative research experience in a professional setting
