About the role

- Scale Talent Acquisition team and build pipelines for clients and internal projects
- Identify, attract, and engage top tech talent across Latin America
- Build and manage pipelines for Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data roles
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical teams to define requirements
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms to source candidates
- Engage passive candidates with personalized messaging and maintain ATS data integrity
- Collaborate to improve sourcing processes, tools, and market insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends and sourcing best practices
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting (in-house or agency)
- Understanding of technical roles, stacks, and engineering profiles
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and ATS systems
- English level: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (B2+), with strong written communication skills
- Passion for candidate experience and quality over quantity
- Proactivity, organization, and curiosity to experiment with new sourcing techniques
