Research Analyst

• Work with project team and appropriate internal resources to meet client needs
• Participate in client communication to understand needs and capture feedback
• Familiarize with key clients/accounts within the Service Line
• Support preparation of reports and presentations; may share files and updates with clients
• Own tasks throughout project lifecycle including link checking, data quality checks, and report population
• Manage projects from client approval to deliverables with project lead oversight and manage project timelines
• Collaborate with internal Ops partners and project lead in project execution
• Focus on executional excellence with increased independence
• Mentor new Analysts and Interns and provide guidance on tasks
• Review and revise questionnaires; create and submit project materials
• Manage internal project partners and monitor fieldwork
• Review and finalize links and data tables
• Spec, chart, and proof report slides; create report shell and ensure timely, accurate report creation
• Participate in analytic plan meetings; analyze and interpret survey results and assist with writing headlines
