National Corporate Accounts Director

• Lead the oncology sales force activities in the South Central Region including: recruiting, hiring, training, development, performance evaluation, and compliance to Ipsen’s corporate policies
• Meet or exceed the region's assigned sales targets and align field activities to the strategic initiatives of the brand
• Analyze the region’s business and build short and long term business plans that meet/exceed sales goals and drive sales growth
• Set clear expectations and evaluate compliance to Ipsen’s Regulatory Standards and Promotional Policies for all members in the region
• Coach sales representatives in line with Ipsen’s sales model to drive sustained improvement in core sales competencies; including product and reimbursement/fulfillment skills sets
• Partner with members of the Value & Access team and Product Reimbursement Managers to develop appropriate business strategies that drive access to the brand and support the brand objectives
• Set clear expectations for utilization of approved promotional programs
• Communicate clear and compelling messages to varied audiences; ensuring that message is appropriate and compliant.

Regional Business Director

• Ensure access pull-through for all Ipsen Rare Disease therapies by proactively educating HCPs, office staff, and specialty pharmacy partners on coverage requirements, payer policies, prior authorization pathways, and patient out-of-pocket costs
• Identify and help resolve access barriers for individual patients in a timely manner, including preauthorization, step therapy, denials, appeals, and affordability challenges
• Support processes for enrolling patients in Ipsen patient support programs; work directly with Patient Access Managers (PAMs) to resolve complex cases
• Clearly communicate available distribution options to HCPs, hospitals, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
• Monitor formulary positioning for Ipsen Rare Disease products and proactively communicate unexpected changes to Payer team
• Develop and manage structured communication channels with key account stakeholders including providers, office staff, financial counselors, and specialty pharmacies to facilitate ongoing patient access
• Engage in both in-person and virtual education with defined accounts on a wide range of access, reimbursement, billing, and coding topics relevant to Ipsen’s Rare Disease portfolio
• Support appropriate patient access across a range of account types including private physician practices, hospitals, and academic institutions
• Represent the Rare Disease Value & Access team and provide reimbursement and access support at professional conferences and healthcare events

Field Access Director – Rare Disease

• Lead, in partnership with NSRs, commercial injector education programs with physicians/HCPs/offices (includes NP/PA) that educate on Functional anatomy
• Dysport reconstitution/dilution
• Dosing Guidance (with ultrasound)
• Injection technique
• Develop and maintain trust with KTLs/key customers and build confidence in Dysport administration through educational initiatives
• Gather insights, identify and anticipate trends, and act on unmet customer needs, as appropriate to brand strategy
• Develop and/or enhance Dysport injector clinical educational curriculum including advance topics (e.g., ultrasound, considerations in appropriate patient management) in synergy with the efforts of our global team
• Identify new opportunities and customer education priorities through in-depth understanding of competitive offerings and evolving customer needs
• Contribute to planning for long-term Resident/Fellow educational interactions

Director, Advanced Toxin Practice, Clinical Educator

Project Manager

• Responsible for managing outsourced clinical packaging and distribution operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Collaborates with CDMOs and Clinical Supply Chain Therapeutic Area groups to define planning for packaging, labeling and distribution for studies.
• Support the Clinical Supply Chain CDMO Management Lead in establishing and maintaining effective collaborations with external vendors.
• Execute responsibilities in accordance with current internal and external regulatory guidance and company processes.
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities and knowledge management related to new chemical entities.
• Manage quality events in line with defined KPIs.
• Ensure activities are performed as per the agreed budget and with respect to procurement processes.

Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager

Supply Chain

• Drive clinical supply forecasting and budgetary requirements of clinical program
• Ensure adequate clinical forecast estimate / review is implemented for new / ongoing clinical studies
• Organize review meetings with relevant cross-functional departments
• Monitor closely the evolution of validated clinical study forecasts
• Align with clinical manufacturing team for proper planning of production
• Report on the progress of studies and validate milestones
• Coordinate and lead meetings for new clinical studies

Clinical Supply Chain Forecast Manager

• Facilitate a cross functional CSC sub team for the set-up of clinical studies
• Ensure alignment with clinical trials milestones
• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure supply to patients
• Validate strategy with the Clinical Supply Chain Therapeutic Area Lead
• Collaborate with Global Regulatory Affairs and CMC Regulatory teams

• Provide effective operational support to the Oncology Global Medical team with a strong focus on budget management: Ensure accurate and timely closing month/quarter end
• Prepare quarterly forecasts
• Monthly analyse of the figures with the controlling to identify gaps versus expected phasing
• Operational processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Organising paperwork and contract signatures.
• Set up of new suppliers working closely with Ipsen Procurement.
• Working closely with team members on goods receipting and tracking budget spend.
• Maintaining and updating accurate records to keep track of status and progress.
• Coordination and set up of leadership meetings, managing logistics and ensuring agendas and corresponding documentation are available and distributed.
