Key responsibilities & impact

Manage cross-functional CMC subteams for asset strategy execution
Develop and implement strategic CMC roadmap alongside CMC Lead and Asset Team
Create and maintain asset CMC project plans capturing interdependencies
Facilitate evaluation of alternative development options at CMC and project level
Monitor and track budgets and ensure resource management
Ensure consistent communication between project CMC functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
Understanding of drug development business processes
Experience working within CMC development of manufacturing and pharmaceutical formulations
Demonstrated experience in leading operations in cross-functional drug development teams
Strong experience in facilitating/driving project team meetings and cross-functional communication
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments
Networking and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge in early phase development, late phase, phase III, filing and launch phases is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen to develop/manage project budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
