Own the strategy, execution and optimization of integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness and conversion for our enterprise business
Build full-funnel campaigns, driving pipeline, and supporting revenue goals
Leverage multi-channel programs and sophisticated product-driven tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Operations to create compelling programs that capture the interest of highly technical personas/ ICP
Create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to technical audiences to support pipeline and revenue goals
Understand the minds of our technical buyers to build engagement and urgency
Develop, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and sales velocity, owning the full demand funnel from awareness to nurture and conversion
Understand and refine the lead acquisition and scoring process with deep knowledge of marketing automation and CRMs systems; work closely with sales for feedback
Manage and deliver a global events plan for awareness and enterprise demand
Track and report on key performance metrics; analyze campaign performance and continuously optimise, experiment, evaluate and strengthen campaigns and tactics
Stay close to sales, channel and account management to understand opportunities and new programmes that can move the needle
Closely align with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and cross functionally engage with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity, lead scoring, attribution, and CRM alignment
Monitor industry trends, new advertising technologies and competitors’ strategies to keep ahead of the curve
Requirements
5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, specifically driving pipeline and revenue with a complex technical product offer
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social platforms etc)
An entrepreneurial mindset — you get a kick out of unblocking yourself and others, fixing what’s broken, learning new tools and taking ownership where needed to move the needle
Comfortable in a scale-up environment working in a fully remote and globally distributed team
A passion for technology with knowledge or active interest in the internet and internet data concepts
