Execute marketing campaigns to boost app downloads, engagement, and user acquisition for invygo's mobile application.
Develop and implement Paid Search and Paid Social strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads accounts, including ad creation, bidding strategies, optimizations, and budget allocation.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and meet KPI targets.
Develop and refine audience targeting strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve paid campaign issues in partnership with account managers.
Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities, including A/B testing and content optimization to improve ad performance and user experience.
Collaborate with tech, content, design, and data teams to create high-quality ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with Performance Marketing trends and best practices and apply learnings to improve campaign performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management with key insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in paid ads, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns for mobile applications.
In-depth understanding of Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and support software for each platform.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Knowledge of Creative Optimization best practices, including A/B testing and content briefing.
