About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of CRO specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
- Own the end-to-end CRO strategy, including hypothesis development, test planning, execution, analysis, and roadmap management.
- Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and usability tests to optimize websites, landing pages, and campaign funnels.
- Partner with UX Researchers to analyze user behavior (e.g., heatmaps, scroll maps, funnel drop-offs) and identify conversion barriers.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and scale experiments while ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Segment audiences and tailor optimization strategies for specific user groups (e.g., mobile vs. desktop, new vs. returning visitors).
- Align CRO initiatives with broader business, product, and content strategies to support company-wide growth objectives.
- Define and track KPIs for optimization efforts, delivering clear and actionable performance reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, UX optimization, or a related role
- Proven expertise with experimentation platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target)
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, FullStory, Hotjar, heatmaps, or similar)
- Deep understanding of UX principles, web user behavior, and digital performance metrics
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for testing, learning, and driving measurable results
