About the role
- Design, execute, and optimize mobile customer acquisition campaigns across Zedge's portfolio.
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance campaigns to drive growth across multiple products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, optimize creatives, and uncover opportunities for new product types.
- Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve results.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to implement cutting-edge acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and various contractors to align marketing efforts with product goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, negotiate favorable terms, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights; monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition, managing high-budget campaigns for global companies.
- Hands-on campaign management with top marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

- Deep understanding of web and mobile attribution.
