About the role

  • Post roles on LinkedIn and other job boards and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Monitor applicant flow in Greenhouse, schedule interviews across time zones, and organize interview logistics
  • Support recruiting with candidate communications, kickoff/debrief meetings, purchase orders and invoices, and Greenhouse management
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits, liaise with benefits/payroll/leave administrators, approve new hire benefits in ADP, and reconcile benefits invoices
  • Initiate COBRA and prepare termination packages when requested
  • Process new hires and terminations in ADP; arrange onboarding and orientation schedules; oversee onboarding/offboarding checklists
  • Initiate and monitor background checks and I-9 process for candidates and contingent workers
  • Maintain and update employee records, organizational charts, and HR files; perform audits and monthly ADP report reconciliation
  • Provide data analysis, reporting, and support for HR projects, payroll review, and quarterly metrics
  • Serve as HR first point of contact for employee requests and assist with HR correspondence and contract/purchase order liaison
  • Support company event coordination and other HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word (mail merge preferred), Excel (Vlookup preferred), PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with ADP and/or Greenhouse a plus
  • Proficient at learning new systems quickly
  • Can-do and roll up your sleeves attitude
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective team player with ability to engender confidence and credibility at all levels
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and changing environment
