About the role

  • Recruit, train, and manage the activities of the Digital Solutions business development team
  • Develop and implement activities to increase adoption and utilization of digital solutions through targeting, customer support, and continuous consultation with customers
  • Establish daily goals and monthly targets of outbound calls, lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunities for the Digital Solutions business development team
  • Host/facilitate process execution cycles for recurring processes such as project planning, resource management and portfolio analysis across the customer base
  • Triage responsibilities between the internal corporate and commercial sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the corporate office to understand assigned business and needs
  • Develop and lead change management and adoption implementation including training activities for the assigned portfolio
  • Solicit customer and cross-functional feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and project adoption
  • Serve as a continuous improvement feedback loop to the Product Management teams
  • Monitor and report project status for project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to stakeholders, sponsors, and management
  • Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, outcomes of support activities, and submission of expense reports

Requirements

  • Candidates Must Live or be relocatable to a major city n the West: Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Cheyenne
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years in business development with 2 of those in management
  • 2+ years experience leading projects required
  • Medical or software business development experience preferred
  • Experience developing key customers, strategic accounts, and/or IDNs a plus
  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated success with influencing customers and leadership via phone
  • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Remote work but requires some field selling
  • Able to travel up to 75%, some short notice travel required
  • Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas
  • Able to Lift 60 lbs
  • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19 (role/customer dependent)
