About the role
- Develops and implements core supplier sales plans and integrated Travel Leaders Network products and services utilization plan for assigned territory.
- Travels to member agencies, local /regional sponsored events and industry sponsored events
- Presents and assists in the understanding of member benefits from marketing programs to technology in addition to other offerings - focused on programs with highest ROI for TLN
- Communicates member requirements and requests support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving goals
- Recommends areas of further growth potential and supports members in reaching those goals
- Evaluates territory performance against established objectives/guidelines
- Provides timely reporting of activities via Salesforce.com
- Conducts minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and via phone calls)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience
- Travel up to 35% of the time
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must have proven track record of account management and retention
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines working from home and while traveling
- Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined
