QA Engineer

• This role is responsible for supporting our corporate travel division
• The analyst is directly involved in overseeing the quality of our corporate end to end process
• Collaborate with the Operations leadership in researching agent productivity and process issues
• Monitor GDS requirements and technical issues related to quality control systems, agent tools, and scripts
• Utilize software, processes and procedures in a defined and consistent manner, documenting requirements, standards and change management

QA Analyst

• Lead execution of venue sourcing efforts for low to medium complexity client meetings and events with a focus on client satisfaction and achievement of client strategic business objectives
• Strategic Advisor for project venue selection and sourcing: Serve as “strategic business ally” for client, including defining meeting objective, understanding strategic business goals
• Incorporate client strategic business goals into sourcing process to deliver significant client value
