About the role
- Travel Leaders Network (TLN) is one of the largest sellers of luxury travel, cruises and tours, supported by Internova Travel Group.
- The Leisure Travel Account Manager will develop and strengthen sustainable relationships with assigned territory; travel to member agencies and events.
- Responsible for promoting member benefits from marketing programs to technology; coordinates with other departments to meet goals.
- Develops growth plans, analyzes territory performance, and provides timely reporting via Salesforce.com.
- Conducts minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and via phone calls).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience
- Travel up to 35% of the time
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must have proven track record of account management and retention
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines working from home and while traveling
- Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined
