About the role

  • Develops and owns a strategic plan for assigned accounts and drives execution
  • Lead sales activities for ePower & Storage division products (TIMs, foams, sealants, adhesives)
  • Engage with Key Accounts, identify stakeholders and promote solutions
  • Manage sales process from Opportunity Selection to Negotiation and Maintenance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (legal, finance, R&D, operations) to drive projects
  • Manage CRM data and forecast pipeline/financials
  • Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored proposals
  • Negotiate multi-issue contracts
  • Align customer roadmaps with internal R&D for 3–5-year programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 yrs of industrial sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Team-oriented with strong influence management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry
  • 5 yrs industrial sales experience
  • Experience with strategic planning and portfolio management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other reporting tools
