About the role
- Develops and owns a strategic plan for assigned accounts and drives execution
- Lead sales activities for ePower & Storage division products (TIMs, foams, sealants, adhesives)
- Engage with Key Accounts, identify stakeholders and promote solutions
- Manage sales process from Opportunity Selection to Negotiation and Maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally (legal, finance, R&D, operations) to drive projects
- Manage CRM data and forecast pipeline/financials
- Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored proposals
- Negotiate multi-issue contracts
- Align customer roadmaps with internal R&D for 3–5-year programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 yrs of industrial sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Team-oriented with strong influence management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry
- 5 yrs industrial sales experience
- Experience with strategic planning and portfolio management
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other reporting tools
