Marketing Operations

• Own and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, Webflow, BrightTALK)
• Manage marketing technology budget and vendor relationships, ensuring ROI optimization and cost-effective stack management
• Ensure seamless and accurate lead flow from all sources (email, chat, webinars, events, trials, forms)

• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and reliability
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues
• Automate deployment processes and streamline infrastructure management using modern DevOps and SRE tools and methodologies
• Evolve backend architecture/infrastructure for cloud-based deployments
• Write and troubleshoot code in Java, Python, and Node.js as needed to support platform services and integrations

Account Executive

• Work closely with partner team and partners to maximize revenue from partner ecosystem
• Manage partner referrals & resell opportunities, driving deals from discovery through close and customer expansion
• Run excellent discovery and engaging product demos that blend technical depth with business value storytelling
• Manage sales cycles typically 30-60 days and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in the CRM
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, customers and prospects, identifying needs and matching solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and partner processes and best practices
