Manager

• Own all U.S. and global benefits programs, with primary responsibility for self-insured U.S. health and welfare plans
• Oversee renewals, stop-loss coordination, funding models, and claims analysis
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and TPAs to optimize cost, compliance, and employee experience
• Lead open enrollment planning, communication, and execution
