About the role
- Own and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, Webflow, BrightTALK)
- Manage marketing technology budget and vendor relationships, ensuring ROI optimization and cost-effective stack management
- Ensure seamless and accurate lead flow from all sources (email, chat, webinars, events, trials, forms)
- Lead strategic initiatives across the full marketing operations and web stack; ensure projects are scoped, timed, and executed with clarity and impact
- Collaborate with revenue operations to align funnel data from MQL to booking and partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on strategic marketing operations initiatives
- Manage marketing campaign tracking, UTM structures, attribution modeling, A/B testing analysis, and ROI measurement across all marketing channels
- Own the technical and operational aspects of the company website (CMS, tagging, integrations, site optimization) and align work with marketing needs, campaign and product launches
- Implement the marketing analytics strategy, including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and campaign ROI measurement
- Partner with BizApps, IT and vendors to optimize technical workflows and resolve system issues
- Manage and enable two high-performing remote team members (campaign automation and website operations)
- Proactively identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
- Enable marketing programs with best-practice operations and tool support
- Build processes, documentation, and training to empower team members to self-serve and operate with efficiency and confidence.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations roles
- Deep experience with HubSpot administration and integration with Salesforce
- Expertise in database segmentation (HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
- Experience with chat setup (Drift) and lead routing (ChiliPiper)
- Experience with data visualization and analysis (Databricks, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with webinar platforms (BrightTALK)
- Experience managing MarTech budgets and vendor relationships ($300K+ annual spend preferred)
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing compliance requirements
- Strong familiarity with the MarTech landscape in the SaaS industry and passion for enabling tools with AI
- Proven experience implementing accurate, actionable marketing reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated ownership of website operations including CMS admin, tagging, and integrations
- Familiarity with project management tools including Monday and Jira
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Salesforce certification (strongly preferred)
- Background in security, cloud, or SaaS industries (bonus)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and web performance (bonus)
- Prior experience managing a small team (bonus)
